Retreat from the busy world to this majestic 18th Century old property with huge Garden on the slopes of Carn Ingli (Angel Mountain), overlooking the famous wild North Pembrokeshire coastline, in the heart of the Pembrokeshire National Park.

We are less than a mile walk to the Sea and the historic small town of Newport with all of it’s charm, great restaurants, pubs and shops.

From your doorstep, you can explore beautiful walks through sacred sites, mountains, woods and valleys, and the incredible Pembrokeshire coast path.

We provide perfect facilities for your retreat or workshop for groups of up to 18 for the Old Rectory and 8 for the Cottage.

If you combine both the Rectory and Cottage we can welcome up to 26. Highlights include; 9 bedrooms, three separate living rooms (that also include 3 double couch/beds) with inglenook fireplace, 6 bathrooms, a private 1 acre of romantic wild garden, excellent self-catering facilities, and a 4 star Visit Wales Tourist Board Grading to ensure high quality of all details.

We also have a large garden, yoga studio and hot  now available!

The Rectory

Sleeping Accomodation:

The Old Rectory sleeps up to 18 in 6 bedrooms and 2 double sofabeds

1 bedroom with 1 King bed with ensuite, (2nd floor)
1 bedroom with 1 double bed and single bed and ensuite
1 bedroom with 1 double and 1 single bed
1 bedroom with 1 double bed
1 bedroom room with 3 single beds
1 bedroom with 1 single bed

Bed linens are provided. All bedrooms have drawers and hanging space, a radiator with individual temperature control, and sea views are also available and can be moved to suit needs.

Bathroom 1 (2nd floor): Shower/toilet, basin (ensuite)
Bathroom 2 (2nd floor): Toilet/basin
Bathroom 3 (1st floor): Bath/shower, toilet, basin.
Bathroom 4 (1st floor): Bath/shower, toilet, basin (ensuite).

Bathroom 7 (Ground floor): Wet-room shower, toilet, basin.

We provide;

Self-Catering Facilities:

We provide a well equipped kitchen so you can be economical and independent.

Dining Facilities:

The dining room seats 17 around one long table, and 8 more around two circular tables in each corner totalling 25 people. Outside dining on slate tables for up to 26 in the Garden with barbecues. Three high chairs are also available on request.

Living Areas:

The downstairs living room seats 9 and has a lovely inglenook fireplace

Parking:
Parking for 7 cars is available outside the house.

The Cottage

Sleeps up to: 8 (3 bedrooms and two double couch beds)

1 Master Bedroom ground floor (King Bed)
2nd Bedroom ground floor (Single Bed)
3rd Bedroom first floor (Single Bed)
2 comfy couch beds each one with a double bed in the large open living room space.

Very child friendly, with stair gate, cot, high chair and gate on deck, Also it is very dog friendly with the deck, huge garden and great wallks right from the cottage.

This architect ecologically designed cottage has a great open plan with kitchen, dining room, living room, and sunny deck all leading through to one another, allowing sunlight and great panoramic views throughout. The special, cosy, and rustic style will surely warm your heart, with uneven plaster and stone walls, Maple flooring, carved slate, stone archways, and an inglenook in the master bedroom.

You have 1/3 Acre of private garden all to yourselves with great mountain views, big, old trees, and lots of magical corners to discover. When Sunny Retreat Cottage is combined with The Old Rectory, the gardens can be joined to allow a whole Acre of garden all to yourselves, with an orchard and amazing dining areas with incredible views of the bay.
