This lovely detached property is situated in a great location, down a driveway on a hillside, three miles from the Dartmoor town of Chagford. It has a terrace that spans the entire width of the building and provides views of the Teign Valley and Castle Drogo.

Living and Dining Areas

The spacious sitting area includes an open fireplace, plush armchairs, and French windows that open to the patio.

You'll love spending time in the kitchen, another great space where you can dine around the sizable table, relax in the seating area while taking in views of Dartmoor. Also accessible from a study are those time-wasting panoramas.

Please note: This property can be booked with another property - Sandsgate Lodge together sleeping up to 16 guests.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The huge master bedroom, complete with its own sunroom that leads you through to a balcony where you can stare over Castle Drogo, is the highlight of the property.

All the bedrooms are stylish, have beautiful views, and a TV. The second level has two huge bedrooms under the eaves that share a bathroom, along with three further bedrooms, a shower room, and a gorgeous bathroom.

Outdoors and Gardens

The house is surrounded by 18 enormous acres of magnificent tranquil natural grounds with lawns, ancient forest, and even a prehistoric stone circle.

Whether you are an ardent rambler or you simply want to enjoy the beauty of this beautiful area of Devon, there is plenty of activity to be found in the huge open expanses of Dartmoor.
