Host your retreat at this peaceful secret oasis on the Côte d'Azur, less than a 10 minute walk to the sandy beach of Juan les Pins. A charming seaside town located on the French Riviera, nestled between Cannes and Nice, known for its beautiful beaches, rich history, and vibrant culture.

Nice airport is only a 20 minute drive away and no need for a car as it's a short walk to the local town with its many restaurants, cafes, shops and market, making it the perfect destination for eating and exploring locally.

The charming seaside town of Antibes is just a pleasant 20 minute walk away, along the residential Chemin des Sables where you can explore the Old Town, harbour and outdoor markets.

Antibes is also home to the Picasso Museum, a fabulous Provençal market and a stunning old district while the famous Jazz in Juan festival takes place in Juan-les-Pins. With 24km of coastline and picturesque rampart walls which flush coral pink at dusk, Antibes stands out against the backdrop of the Alps.

You can take 15 minute ferry ride to Cannes, and from there, you can take hop on a boat to explore the stunning Lérins Islands with their wild beaches, fragrant trails and historical secrets.

The property is surrounded by a large garden, there’s plenty of sun – or shade – available, along with 3 roof terraces over 3 floors (with sea views).

We partner with a local yoga teacher and can organise group classes on the beach or at the villa. Sound bath equipment is also available to borrow.
