Situated on a ridge of hills extending the length of Puglia, Masseria Montepaolo is close to a series of scattered white-walled medieval towns and villages each boasting their own culinary specialities.

This is a place that enhances all of your senses. From the sounds of the birds chirping lively in the morning to the magnificent colours reflected on the white washed walls at sunrise and sunset.

An abundance of flowers and plants create beautiful secluded areas to pop down the mat and practice. There is a massage room with a hot tub as well as a swimming pool to rewind and at sunset, organise a beautiful apericena among the vineyards.

Each of the 20 rooms are unique and full of character. The architecture has been maintained, so today the layout and size of each room varies. However all rooms maintain a tasteful blend of traditional antiques and modern conveniences which runs throughout the property.

Our rooms are all different, what they have in common is the passion for a sustainable design. Each room is a different experience in colours and geometries The rooms fully express the philosophy of recovery, each presenting its own uniqueness, both for the design and for the choice of fabrics.

A mirror of crystal-clear water, living stones and a thick vegetation, this is the scenario for your swim under the blue sky of our Puglia.

A pool area dedicated to pampering yourself with the Jacuzzi. Outside, the wooden cabañas give well-being in the choice between shading and a vitamin D bath. And speaking of vitamins, juices and cocktails, prepared with freshly picked seasonal fruits, will contribute to the project of a rural experience, pure and refreshing.

Catering

Food and Love are deeply connected. Our kitchen is in love with the fruits of the Mother Earth. We are an organic farmhouse which produces fruits, vegetables, extra virgin olive oil and wine.

We use aromatic herbs and wild plants a lot in our kitchen. They are bearers of countless benefits, rich in minerals, vitamins and amino acids, they have antiseptic and disinfectant properties, they help digestion and help to limit the use of salt in the making of our dishes.

Walking through the farm you will meet thyme, rosemary, myrtle, sage, mint, parsley, mallow, valerian, verbena, portulaca, arugula, spontaneous chicory, the caper plant, the plant of the chili pepper and many others.

Every day we choose to put on the table dishes that tell the story of a precious and wonderful seasonality. The light, flavours and colours of Puglia delight our guests with dedication and passion. Tradition is respected and reinterpreted with a touch of contemporaneity.
