Three tranquil houses available for rent for yoga and wellness retreats, within walking distance to Es Migjorn beach, surrounded by a pine forest. The property consists of a 50,000 square meter land located in the area of Es Caló and is in close proximity to some of the best beaches in Formentera. Each house is named after the wind it faces.

Each of the houses has its own private outdoor area with wooden porches and bougainvillea flowers, providing a perfect space for breakfast, lunch, or simply relaxing before or after visiting the magnificent beaches surrounding the property.

The three houses share a common courtyard where a hundred-year-old olive tree provides shade and shelter, creating a summer village square atmosphere in Formentera. There is a spectacular lounge on the roof with a 270º panoramic view of La Mola and the Tramuntana coast. Where you can enjoy sunrises, sunsets and starry nights.

We host retreats in the low season, in May, and from the 15th September to mid October. Minimum stay of 4 days.

In honour of the southern wind, Casa Migjorn: The largest house, spanning 252 square meters. It features 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people.

Being the first to feel the northern wind, Casa Tramontana: This is the mid-sized house of Can Toni Blay, measuring 96 square meters. Although it has 2 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people.

1 bedroom with twin beds (90x200) with ceiling fan (beds can be pushed together and prepare double bed).
1 full bathroom.

Named after the eastern wind, Casa Llevant: This is the smallest of all houses, with an area of 89 square meters. It has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 guests.

• 1 full bathroom.
• Air conditioning in the living room.

Meals are not included. You can choose to bring your own chef or we can organise catering - please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Activities

We can assist in organising local activities, restaurant reservation and airport transfers. Should you also require yoga mats and props we can provide. This all comes under our Retreat Consultancy for which there is a fee for concierge services.
