With chic, supremely comfortable interiors overseen by renowned designer Flora Soames, our six newly-refurbished self-catering Barns offer an elegant rural bolthole, surrounded by a magical backdrop of wildflower meadows and sweeping, golden fields.

Enveloped by vast Norfolk skies and 2,500 acres of private farmland, our six luxury self-catering Barns, all dog-friendly and recently refurbished by interior designer Flora Soames, offer the perfect rural escape for families, groups of friends and couples. The Barns offer a peaceful retreat away from the madding crowds, where creature comforts, cosy fires and rural rambles await.

Our group accommodation is located in a tranquil rural setting in Norfolk but within easy reach of London, Birmingham or Cambridge.

The barns lie in a tranquil little river valley about a mile from Little Walsingham and 5 miles from the beautiful North Norfolk coast at Wells-next-the-Sea. There are fantastic beaches like Holkham nearby and lovely little towns and villages to explore.

A stunning contemporary conversion of six barns and stables, full of sunlight and space. Enjoy rural peace, lovely views, spacious interiors, jacuzzi spa pool, steam room and games room.

Here you have the best of country living: an enticing palate of flint, cobbles, chalk and beams, with cosy underfloor heating, warm textures and sophisticated furnishings plus all the romantic country sounds of birds tweeting and sheep bleating.

The six sumptuous barns offer exquisite accommodation and have more than enough space for groups of 4 to 14 people individually or for 52 when hired together.

Each barn is fully equipped to a very high standard to make your stay enjoyable: wood burning stove, oven/hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer, dryer, iron, food processor, terrestrial TV, Freeview, radio, DVD, CD system, Wi-Fi and BBQ. The beds will be made with 100% cotton bed linen.

Pricing / Booking terms

Our weekly stays are from Friday to Friday. Minimum short break is 3 nights, available to start on Fridays or Mondays. During off-peak periods we may be able to be more flexible subject to certain conditions. Check availability and book here.
