Created by Sanará & Real Coconut founder Daniella Hunter, the Nourish and Heal retreat journey will meet guests at all levels where they are through a specially curated program designed to focus on key areas that we believe are the essence to healing and wellbeing including nutrition, self care, movement and connection.
Healing may come where you least expect it, from physical treatments within our Sanara Wellness Centre to classes, workshops, and events within our Sanara Studio, nourishing your body with our clean and compromise-free menus at the Real Coconut Kitchen, through deep self-reflection and connection, or simply by walking barefoot on the sand.
Each space has been curated as your sanctuary for deep introspection and physical healing so you can cocoon on your super king bed, melt into your luxurious mattress and be draped in the finest imported bamboo linens knowing our committed team is on hand to make every visit a bespoke and unique healing experience.

The hotel enjoys a beachfront location so you can spend your days relaxing by the seaside, beautiful sandy beaches, sunny weather and wind perfect for surfing.
