This relaxing Island Hop Wellness Escape is a Signature Soul Seed Travel experience and has been designed for those looking for a flexible wellness vacation, with no mandatory daily itinerary. Create your own schedule so that you decide how you’d like to spend each day. The retreat is offered all year round with a Tuesday arrival day at Komune and a Friday – Sunday stay at Hai Tide.

We have chosen two of our favourite hotels – where you will spend 3 nights at Komune Resort in Bali and two nights at Hai Tide in Nusa Lembongan.

Komune Resort In Bali

At Komune you can choose between a daily one hour fitness or yoga class. If you’d like any extra workouts then we can arrange this for you. Once you are there you can add on surf lessons, spa treatments and day trips if you’d like to explore the local culture, see temples and watefalls or climb Mount Batur.

Komune is a health resort that has everything you need on site. The state of the gym and yoga purpose built yoga studios allows you to maintain you healthy and active lifestyle while on holiday. There are plenty of healthy food options and special menus for vegetarian, vegan and gluten free.

Wellness Facilities

Functional training centre:
Hotel Komune have installed a world class functional training centre again to facilitate fitness groups such as Cross Fit and F45 to host their own fitness retreats in Bali with their members or customers.

Our equipment includes a range of free weights, TRX, barbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, swiss balls, heavy ropes, parallel bars, chin-up bars, rings, box, boxing, bosu balls, surf set boards, rowing machines and much more.

Our functional training centre will allow Fitness Groups to host their own active retreats in Bali for their members and customers.

Fitness centre:
Hotel Komune recognises not all guests will want to train in groups. As such, we’ve provided a first class gym with all the equipment one would expect to see at a top-end fitness centre in Australia. A full range of cardio equipment, pin and weights will allow guests to train at their leisure and own pace.

Three yoga pavilions:
The beachfront Warung (20 pax) – an absolute picturesque location overlooking the ocean and the gorgeous sunrises over the mountains and water.

A large tropical pavilion (80 pax) – complete with AV and power – excellent for group training and yoga teaching. This facility has been structurally designed for flying yoga lessons.

A small group room (15 pax) – with air conditioning, perfect for teacher training.

Training Swimming Pool:
A 25 metre training pool – this pool was installed to facilitate aerobic training for surfers, as well as breathing training and big wave training. It’s also a general training and fitness pool for Hotel Komune guests.

Farm to plate cuisine:
Hotel Komune have recently upgraded our organic farm with the help of Mara Wolford, an organic agriculture expert. We’re striving to be self sufficient in fruits such as bananas, pineapples and papaya, general herbs, chillis, beetroot and garden greens such as beans, zucchinis and broad leafs for salads. We have our own chickens for eggs and goats for milk, fed only organic produce.

We know the importance of combining any training with a healthy balanced diet. So we’ve created a dedicated healthy cafe and restaurant where we serve healthy, organic foods and cold pressed juices to our group training guests during their stay.

Day Spa

A day spa with wet and dry treatment rooms plus a beauty and hair salon. A range of treatments are available including:

Rooms

You can choose to stay in a sea view suite or room but we highly recommend choosing a suite and waking up to the epic sunrise and waves every morning.

Resort rooms
Resort rooms are designed as a home base with all the basic luxuries you need to either kick start your Balinese day of surf and adventure, or chill and relax after fitting in more than you thought possible in one day!

Each room features your choice of a queen bed or two singles, a private ensuite with shower, high speed Wi-Fi, satellite TV, couch and study desk, in-room safe, ceiling fan and of course air-conditioning to take the edge off. Inter-connecting rooms are also available upon request.

Beach front suites
Overlooking the Lombok Strait with island views to Nusa Lembongan and of course the world famous Keramas surf break, the five – star Hotel Komune Beachfront Suites are the perfect place to watch the sunrise over the ocean from your own pool.

The suites feature a horizon edge dip pool, private day bed and dining area, luxury marble bath and Italian bathroom fittings, a writing desk for two, LCD TV with PayTV, Luxury linen, robes and towels.

To transport you between the two hotels, we will organise your driver and sailing trip through Hai Tide.

Hai Tide Nusa Lembongan 

Being just 30 minutes off the east coast of Bali, the tropical island of Nusa Lembongan is the ideal destination for a weekend getaway or simply a well-deserved holiday.

Hai Tide Beach Resort is located in Nusa Lembongan’s Mushroom Bay. It’s a tranquil and peaceful setting, perfect for relaxing with your loved ones. Each lumbung is literally seconds away from the pristine golden sand of Mushroom Bay, so you can enjoy listening to the waves as you fall asleep.

With views out to Mount Agung, our villas and lumbungs make it easy to access the golden sand beaches. Make the most of the resort facilities, with ocean kayaks, and mountain bikes, or embark on an island cruise to snorkel with the sea turtles.

Wake up in paradise and enjoy our little garden oasis on the shores of Mushroom Bay. We will whisk you away from your Bali accommodation, and bring you down to Benoa harbour for a light refreshing drink in the garden.

You will then board our luxury sailing catamaran and enjoy a two hour cruise over to Lembongan Island. Stay with us for two nights and three days enjoying our direct beach access, resort facilities, meals in our beachfront restaurant, and make the most of this slice of paradise.

Whilst there you can add on boat trips, watersports, diving and snorkeling in the stunning reefs.
