Retreat schedule

Rough schedule, allowing us to go with the flow and needs of the group.

Mornings
Yoga will gently wake us, and we’ll head outside for practice if the weather feels inviting. Move beyond the confines of alignment to explore intentions and themes connecting us to the season and heart led intuition.

Essentially, moving, breathing, inquiring and exploring, with yoga asana (postures) as a starting point to flow from. Practice will be accessible for all, supporting you to notice and listen to sensations within the body for an embodied awareness of the present moment, and of yourself.

Brunch & Free time

Afternoons
Through guided meditation we will work intuitively to tune in to ourselves and the energy that surrounds us. You’ll experience guided journeying meditations, creative mindfulness activities, empowering self-awareness, ritual and releasing work within the woodlands. All guiding the way for you to be your most radiant self.

Tea, snacks & free time

Early Evening
Yoga will be slow, grounding and nurturing, sinking deep into slow motion and stillness, soothing every part of you with blankets, essential oils and eyebags to support deep conscious rest in Yoga Nidra (meditation).

Evening Meal
Share a delicious and delicious plant based two course evening meal cooked by our own chef and enjoyed around the large dining table, or outside if weather allows.

After we eat there will be the opportunity to gather together around the fire circle for meditation and connection with the elements of Earth, Air, Fire and Water..

Teachers

Carolyn and Sally both guide with a warm, down to earth approach, encouraging the art of allowing, guiding others to support themselves in self-inquiry within practice. Whether this is your first ever retreat, or one of many, you will be welcomed and supported to lean into your own experience.

Yoga asana (postures) will be ‘foundational’ and Hatha inspired, with the opportunity to find your flow and variations, through movement, stillness, curiosity and inquiry.
