Yoga Classes & Studios
Emma Ryan Yoga for Sport
Emma Ryan trained in Hath/Ashtanga Yoga in Singapore, and is now an EYT (Experienced Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance), based in Windsor, Berkshire.
Emma has always loved to run, and loved yoga, but it was her 4 years in Singapore where she took her Yoga Teacher Training, that helped her realise the power of combining both these loves. She saw an amazing improvement in her overall health, physical strength and flexibility, as well as mental well being.
Emma says “As the years have gone by running has become such a wonderful part of my life – sometimes training for races and pushing myself, sometimes just social jogging, maybe exploring a new holiday location, sometimes (often!) just getting out in nature on my own to clear my head – there is always a good reason to run.
However, I was starting to feel the niggling injuries more and more, even on my social runs. No! I couldn’t give up running! And then yoga came to the rescue. I have learnt ways to take care of my body, breath and mind, to keep it all (on the whole!) in balance, and I wanted to be able to share it. And that’s where my yoga business was born – Emma Ryan Yoga for Sport.”
Her classes are friendly, relaxed and instructional. Emma likes to encourage you to do more than you think you can, with gentle positive motivation. In her classes she will show you how to have more awareness of, take care of and love the body you are in, so you can keep doing the things you love. Emma also offers group classes and courses and private 1-1 yoga.

Take A Breath Yoga
Caroline is a British Wheel of Yoga 500-hour Diploma holder and certified Yin Yoga teacher (50 hours Yoga Alliance) who has been teaching in Ascot and London for the last 2.5 years. She now teaches from her home studio in Ascot, students’ homes or remotely using Zoom. Her aim is to show you that yoga is for Every Body and not just the flexible and super-fit. She teaches dynamic hatha, hatha flow and Yin and Yang classes as well as Pranayama (breath control) and meditation.
Having worked in a stressful environment for almost 40 years Caroline knows the pressure many of her students have both within their careers and personal lives and teaches a variety of breathing and asana practices for students to use as tools to manage those day to day pressures.
Her own experience of pushing her body too hard and having minor injuries from repetitive moves in some yoga disciplines led her to three years of advanced yoga studies which has given her a sound understanding of anatomy and physiology to adapt asana practice. She loves working with students to make postures safe and accessible – she is the “prop” queen and will help you use a chair, the wall, a cushion, belt or bolster for your comfort within a posture. She has a passion for teaching Pranayama and Meditation and weaving yoga philosophy into classes.
In order to ensure a safe teaching environment all on-line classes are live streamed and restricted to a maximum of 10. In person classes are currently limited to one to one or two. Classes can be paid as “pay as you go” or with a block pass for 6 classes for the price of 5.

Yoga Flow Sandra
Sandra is a Yoga Teacher Trainer and course leader, currently working with YogaLondon. She has predominately practised Ashtanga, Power Yoga and Vinyasa Flow Yoga, though is partial to some Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra to balance it all out.
Her philosophy is that Yoga is about ‘finding your true self’, whatever that means for you. Finding a moment to ignore the non-stop brain chatter that swirls in the head. The yoga mat is a place to move and breathe and eventually to get to the fleeting moment where all the focus is on that movement and that breath and there is peace.
Sandra offers private classes both in Ascot and Windsor as well as online yoga classes. She offers group yoga classes and private 1-2-1 yoga classes for all levels – beginners included. And when the weather is good she also offers outdoor yoga classes.

Pilates Studios & Classes
Simona’s Pilates
Whilst working as a fitness instructor in LA fitness back in 2005 Simona realised how many people were carrying niggling injuries particularly lower back, knee and hip problems. These injuries were caused by long term poor posture, how we walk, stare at a screen, drive our car, etc.
Simon then enrolled into a Pilates teacher training through the David Lloyd academy, passed her exams and in 2007 became a Level 3 Matt pilates instructor. She also attended Pilates workshops to keep up to date with all things Pilates related.
Simona is fully insured and since 2011 has taught Pilates at the prestigious Eton college for boys. She also teaches small group sessions and one to one pilates in peoples homes in Windsor. Classes are suitable for all levels from beginners to advanced.
