We offer 7-day retreats year round, a shorter summer yoga holiday and custom retreats. Our sample program for a 7-day retreat looks like this, but you can add other elements into your schedule or skip certain activities.

We offer our weekly retreats any week you like. Arrival days are Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays. In July and August we also offer a shorter Summer retreat (4 nights) for those who like to their yoga, meditation and hiking early in the morning and at Sunset.
