Emily Young of Young at Heart Yoga teachers Vinyasa, Ashtanga & Restorative Yoga classes around Guildford. Her teaching is rooted in the firm foundations of ashtanga vinyasa, and draws on a rich experience, over the last 15 years, of hatha, ashtanga vinyasa, meditation and yoga as a therapeutic tool.

Samanya Yoga

Samanya Yoga classes in Woking are taught by Karen Wilson – a popular local teacher with over 10 years experience. Karen offers classes incorporating the philosophy of hatha yoga with the asana (postural work) and prananyama (breath control). Classes are relaxed and friendly as Karen likes to ensure everyone is at ease to be able to get the most out of her class.

Classes are online until at least the end of 2020 with private face to face lessons also available. These are a good way of introducing yourself to yoga and gaining some confidence in your own abilities before entering a full class or useful for helping with specific issues.

Lisa discovered Pilates at a young age when training to be a ballet dancer, taking weekly classes in mat and reformer Pilates.
Years later and recovering from a knee injury, she rediscovered the Pilates method and decided to train to be a Pilates instructor.
