You’ll stay in a glorious, gothic-style converted chapel in the heart of Tywyn, a traditional Welsh seaside town.

The chapel has been designed with luxury in mind whilst maintaining some of its original charm. Four of the bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms with two further bedrooms sharing facilities. There’s even a hot tub!

We do all the planning for you so you can’t just switch off and enjoy beautiful surroundings, mindful activities, fresh air, new challenges, relaxation, delicious food and laughter with like minded people!

Autumn Nature and Nurture Retreat

This retreat is led by sisters Jodie & Amy. We offer yogic practices and holistic therapies to support you with a truly nurturing and nourishing retreat nestled in the natural landscape of the welsh hills.

The retreat takes place at Chapel on the Green,  an 18th Gothic chapel nestled amongst the Black Mountains in the village of Glasbury, Wales.

It offers a quirky and creative space, with plenty of nooks for you to find a spot to relax. There is also a magical garden which wraps around the chapel.

Your retreat includes 3 nights accommodation in an gothic chapel, all vegetarian/vegan mealss, daily yoga, breathwork and relaxation sessions with Jodie, a one hour bespoke treatment with Amy and activities such as: Mindful mountain and riverside walks, stargazing, firepit gathering, visit to Hay-on-Wye village, lake or river swims (at your own risk!).

We understand that a retreat is a very personal experience. Therefore, we don’t run structured programmes as such, but invite guests to create their own bespoke retreat by booking their self-catering accommodation with us and then choosing their treatments from the list of therapists and practitioners to come and visit them in the mini spa.

Nourish and Nurture Weekend Retreat in East Sussex

Join Yoga Teacher Carolyn Thompson and Meditation and mindfulness Coach Sally Davis at Fair Oak Farm from the 9th – 12th of October for a weekend of nourishing soul medicine.

Take time out at an award winning retreat venue, experience deep care for your whole self. The Nurture Retreat designed to support you to explore, experience and reflect on true self-care, giving you opportunity to pause and be nurtured.

We are taking our award winning yoga and wild swimming retreats to Silverholme, Lake Windermere. On this long weekend retreat, you’ll be diving deeply into the Zest Life way of living, discovering the amazing wild swimming locations of the Lake District, before relaxing in complete luxury where your every wish will be catered for. SEED Autumn Retreat

Join us for our first SEED retreat at West Lexham, Kings Lynn. SEED is co-founded by Amy Dudgeon and Chloe Jourdain.

It was formed from the seed of an idea to create spaces to explore the mind and body through food, writing, yoga and human connection. SEED welcomes all bodies, minds and abilities, no prior experience required.

West Lexham is a sustainably-run retreat space in Norfolk, embedded in 21 acres of stunning countryside. Easily accessible from London and Cambridge it is the perfect place to rest, recharge and reconnect to yourself.

With our qualified and very experienced mountain guides on hand to lead the day hike, and your yoga teachers to lead a more gentle yet equally as stunning walk to Tarn Howes directly from our retreat centre, immerse yourself in nature and feel the benefits of this, being away from the frenetic and urban landscape of your day to day living. Take a packed lunch and just sit and watch the world go by, or enjoy a bit of forest bathing and meditation.

Join Maria in Snowdonia, Wales for this holisitic yoga retreat experience.

The 3 night stay includes daily vinyasa flow and grounding restorative yoga, yoga Nidra, nutritious meals and guided woodland walks through the breath taking mountain surroundings of Snowdonia.
