Created three years ago by WellBeing World in Jersey, Channel Islands, World WellBeing Week has grown into a worldwide phenomenon.

To kick off the 10 days of World WellBeing Week, today, we are highlighting International Yoga Day! This day was officially recognised on December 11, 2014 by the United Nations General Assembly to celebrate and increase awareness to the benefits of yoga.
