Sea View Autumn Hiking & Yoga Retreat, Greece
Dates: 15th – 21st September
Treat yourself to a retreat in beautiful nature, with breathtaking views between the sea and the mountains. Go hiking with experienced guides along meandering mountain paths and ancient hidden trails with lots of history and few tourists.
You’ll see a variety of flora and fauna depending on the season, the one constant will be the curious and always hungry tortoises which inhabit all four mountains.
We are located amid the raw, wild beauty of Dikastika, very close to the historic Marathon. Come and experience the true spirit of Greece, the wild olive trees perched along the cliffs overlooking the Mediterranean sea, the sweet smell of Jasmine and the explosion of colour from the beautiful bougainvilleas that embellish the landscape.
Our programme is based on studies of Blue Zone where it has been proven that people live healthier, longer and more active lives.
Blue Zone is a term given to geographic regions where people have shown to live longer, and have lower rates of disease than anywhere else. One of the Blue Zones is found on Ikaria, an island in Greece. All our hikes of are suitable for all ages and abilities.

Days wind down with restorative, Yin or Yoga Nidra sessions and candle light chats. Late Summer Yoga Holiday In Corfu
Dates: 28th September – 5th October
Come and join us on our September yoga holiday in Corfu, Greece. It is a beautiful Island with lush green hills and calm turquoise waters, and it is a great time to visit. It is still a really warm temperature of around 23 degrees so you can choose to relax by the pool or the beach but it is also cool enough to go walking and biking and exploring.
If you feel like total relaxation, stay around the pool and read a good book or walk a short 10 minutes to the local beach for a sea swim or try out kayaking and paddleboarding.
Or if you feel like being more active the venue has bikes and can arrange a biking tour. Enjoy one walk day included in the price and see some beautiful views. There are a few days of exploring already included in the price.
When you arrive, enjoy an orientation walk of the local area and explore the grounds that are also an organic farm, growing specifically Kumquat – as well as seasonal vegetables and olives.
The week will follow with beach days, pool days, a cooking class, a trip to explore Corfu town followed by dinner out and a day exploring an old village called Afiona that takes you to the iconic bay of Porto Timoni where you can relax on the beach after a 40-minute walk down the cliffs to the spectacular bay.

September Hiking and Yoga Retreat in the Peak District

Join us for a 3 night weekend or 4 night mid-week yoga and hiking retreat in the Peak District. A perfect short stay adventure, great for nature-loving yogis that want a more modern, luxurious feel.
Stay in a stunning converted cattle shed in the heart of the countryside and enjoy two guided hikes and yoga twice a day. There is an outdoor fire pit so you can stay cosy whilst stargazing.
Our modern home has all the cosy comforts you could ever need. Plush sofas, warming fires and views from every window, of which there are a lot of! An abundance of seating areas both inside and outside means you will have plenty of space. Perfect to curl up with a book or chat with your new retreat friends.
Our days on this Peak District yoga and hiking retreat will be filled but relaxing. With hikes directly from the house, delicious plant-based meals, and yoga to nourish both body and soul.

Join us for a week of sun, sand, turquoise sea, Italian culture and hospitality on our yoga holiday in Sardinia.
Your accommodation is a beautiful villa situated on the cliffs overlooking the Mediterranean Sea out to Corsica on the north coast of Sardina, 20 minutes west of a town called Santa Teresa.
Just a 10-minute walk away is the closest sandy beach with a little bay 150m in front of the villa if you fancy a quick dip nearby. With jaw-dropping crystal clear sparkling waters all around, you will feel like you’ve been transported to the Caribbean.
September is a beautiful time to go to Sardinia. The crowds are gone and the beaches are empty. Staying on the north coast just west of the pretty town of Santa Teresa Di Gallura and about 1.5 hours from Olbia and very close to the stunning Islands of the Maddalena archipelago.
You can relax by the pool or on the beach and unwind. We will take you to Santa Teresa and enjoy a day trip on a boat around the Maddalena islands which is a must-do.
