Christmas yoga retreat in Thailand, 23- 30 December/30 December – 6 January
This Christmas yoga retreat in Thailand integrates yoga and fitness to give you a great way to escape the commercial onslaught of the holiday season. Paul Dallaghan and his team are looking forward to sharing the task of teaching and guiding you through a range of yoga practices, core strength work and cycle classes.
In the first week, we will place an emphasis on asana practice in the workshops, with more philosophical focus in the second week. We will contemplate the closing the old year and opening the new, with both weeks focused on the breath. We will host a special Christmas Eve celebration with a delicious gourmet feast, musical performances and fundraiser for our local charities. On New Year’s Eve a special ceremony to acknowledge 2016 and welcome in 2017 will take place, accompanied by a feast and special performances.
