Teachers / instructors
After 12 years in the British Army, Rhiannon pivoted 180 degrees and founded HOLD.
The time she spent serving as an officer, and before that training and competing in gymnastics, means she is just as disciplined and limber as you might assume. At the same time, having relied for years on yoga as an antidote to stress, she truly understands the transformational value of mind-body movement practices.
Rhiannon thus brings to her yoga and Pilates teaching a unique blend of discipline, structure and attention to detail infused with grounding, nurturing energy. She encourages consistency and a focus on how the practise feels, guiding her students to strike a balance between effort and ease.
Rhiannon teaches vinyasa flow, Pilates flow and yoga-Pilates fusion classes that incorporate functional movement, creative sequencing, yin, hands on adjustments and guided meditation.
