About The Retreat
If you’re feeling fatigued with life, have health issues, are lonely, suffer from anxiety or low confidence or have relationship issues then this retreat is for you – Mind, Body and Soul retreats situated in a luxury large property in stunning south west Wales invite you for a 5 day short wellbeing break this autumn.
Borne from the realisation that women always put others before themselves and often don’t do any or much self care until a health or emotional crisis forces it, these retreats have been designed with love and care to ensure you will get back on track and leave feeling like a positive, motivated and cheerful woman again.
The October retreat focuses on your relationship with yourself, your partner, friends, family or colleagues. It will be empowering and enlightening and offer a safe and supported environment to explore relationships and offer insight and advice to facilitate positive change.
Our experienced and wonderful in house therapist is available at all times, and our in house life coach also runs sessions throughout as well as offering complimentary 121 sessions. There will be yoga, meditation, dance, workshops, walking, breath work and abundant nutritious delicious meals.
You will learn to connect with yourself and then use this connection to improve all your relationships. We will facilitate confidence building, clear communication and increased self respect and we will be honoured to watch you grow and flourish!
The retreat offers a unique opportunity to experience this connection through walks in nature, breathwork, daily yoga and meditations with this theme, beach and garden yoga and out door dance (weather permitting).
Allow yourself to be nourished and cleansed with delicious homemade organic meals throughout your stay in our stunning country house set in its own private grounds.
Come on the included excursion to our wonderful Yoga and fitness studio nearby to experience a deeply relaxing, healing and nurturing Sound Bath, gentle yoga and sample the organic Chai and treats on offer.
If you fancy a dip in the sea then cold water swimming on offer too which is exhilarating and loads of fun for those who dare!
You will return to your daily life with the knowledge and tools to make a positive change for the long term feeling fully aware, connected and refreshed.
Ideal for all women who feel like they never stop, or who are at a crossroads in life, have relationship issues, feel taken for granted or have forgotten who they really are or who just need some time out to reconnect and relax. This will give you energy, clarity, and confidence when you return home and the tools to keep up what you have learned.
If you love delicious home cooked organic food and a beautiful environment with wonderful people (and a little fun thrown in too) – this is the retreat for you!
