Your Hosts and Teachers
Alex cultivates space for people to come home to themselves through intentional mindfulness experiences. She draws on her knowledge and insights gained from trainings in yoga, yoga nidra, katonah, tantric meditation, and breathwork to illuminate the path to help awaken radiant self love, spacious rest and rejuvenation, and blissful inner peace. A path of unfolding to become. She believes that by tending to our inner garden our external world blossoms to its fullest potential.
Alma is a Mexican yoga teacher and influential personality in the field of wellness and lifestyle, her teaching style is characterized by dynamism, fluidity and challenge, encouraging participants to honor their personal evolution through conscious movement and conscious vinyasa. Each session is a unique journey aimed at releasing the old and making room for the new.
