About The Retreat
Kefalonia is a lush green island in the Ionian, famous for its turquoise seas and clean sandy beaches. One of the largest Greek islands, it also boasts the impressive Mount Aenos with thick forests as well as underground caves and ample countryside.
In this retreat, you will have a chance to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of your daily life. You will be able to fully relax, recharge, nourish your soul and feel in harmony with nature.
You will be staying in villa/apartments in private grounds which is a short stroll from some local beaches and will be secluded from the crowds.
You will practice daily yoga and meditation on a large shaded wooden deck. Between yoga sessions you can relax by the pool or beach, enjoy a massage or find a quiet spot around the estate to give you the right balance.
No yoga experience is required and so this retreat is suitable for all levels.
This is a yoga and meditation immersion and the retreat is like no other as you will be taken on a yogic journey exploring movement, breath work, meditation, journaling and mindfulness practices.
You will recharge, nourish your soul and feel in harmony with nature. This retreat is more of a relaxing yoga holiday and you will have a chance to connect with other like minded souls and enjoy group activities. You will also have plenty of free time to relax and explore at your own pace to give you the right balance.
