Welcome to Raya Sunshine Retreat. A countryside holistic healing retreat located in the serene landscapes of Luchapt, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France. Our vision began with a desire to create a space where individuals can reconnect with themselves and connect with nature to find balance in their lives and start or enhance their health/healing journey.

Not just another mainstream retreat, we wanted to create a private, intimate, personal retreat for couples & individuals, receiving our full attention rather than in a large group setting so we can personalize your treatments.

We believe that true wellness encompasses the mind, body, and soul. At our retreat we offer a variety of services designed to nurture each of these aspects ensuring a holistic approach to well-being as they all work synergistically.

Retreat Leader

I’m Soraya with over 35 years experience in the wellness industry, I am passionate about what I have learned during my healing journey and in my professional life and am continually studying to obtain certifications for the best treatments and techniques in order to help others on their health/wellness and healing journeys.

My passion for holistic healing drives every aspect of what we do here and I am dedicated to helping others on their personal wellness journeys as I have been on a lifelong healing journey myself and along the way have discovered the best techniques and treatments that truly do work.

These treatments and services are some of the best tools to heal yourself and harmonise your inner being which in turn will reflect your outer being bringing you back to the amazing human that you were always meant to be. I help release physical and mental trauma and pain which have been trapped in the mind and body through tried and tested techniques and unblocking your full potential.

We offer a wide variety of treatments/services which can be packaged or you decide and choose your schedule.

Cuisine

We can cater for you and accommodate for most dietary requirements with organic homegrown produce. Alternatively you can self cater as the accommodation is fully equipped.

Location and how to get there

We are based in Luchapt which is in the Nouvelle Aquataine in France, rural countryside. 45 mins from Limoges airport, 50 mins from Poitiers & 2hr15mins from Bordeaux
Car hire is advisable if you want to get about outside of the retreat. Just staying at the retreat then taxi services are also available.
