About The Retreat
2024 Dates
22nd – 26th May
Under the Linden Tree, a serene retreat nestled on the picturesque unspoiled Cycladic Island of Tinos, in Greece. Situated in an enchanting valley in the heart of the island.
Under the Linden Tree offers a unique sanctuary where guests can connect with the rich history of Tinos while experiencing the true essence of living in a restored centuries old Farmhouse, that has been respectfully transformed into 5 independent, unique cottages.
Enjoy the views, scents and sounds of what we like to think of as our little paradise, a green wilderness with a distinct Tinian and Cycladic style.
Tinos is a captivating Greek Cycladic Island in the heart of the Aegean Sea. It boasts 40 picturesque, charming white villages, over 900 churches and monasteries, traditional dovecotes, and scenic sandy and pebble beaches with azure crystal-clear waters.
Despite being relatively undiscovered by foreign tourists, it holds immense significance for Greek pilgrims. Aside from being a religious haven, Tinos is also a hub of art, nurturing the birthplace of renowned Greek artists and sculptors.
Its unspoiled architecture, picturesque villages, beautiful beaches, and rich cultural traditions make Tinos an ideal destination for nature, architecture, art, and tradition enthusiasts.
Renowned for its exceptional quality, the island’s cuisine is characterized by fresh, organic ingredients sourced from its fertile land and surrounding seas.
Tinos is particularly famous for its delectable cheeses, including the flavorful Tinos graviera. Seafood enthusiasts can relish in the catch of the day, while the island’s thyme honey, and unique spirits add distinctive notes to its culinary offerings.
Under the Linden Tree stands gracefully on the island, paying homage to the centuries-old Linden Tree that lives in the center of the valley.
Under the Linden Tree is committed to a light carbon footprint through organic farming, solar energy utilization, and responsible water management. Guests can enjoy COCO-MAT mattresses crafted from natural materials, organic and locally produced soaps, daily harvest from the local produce of the organic orchard within the farm, and a range of Greek Organic toiletries that align with the retreat’s commitment to sustainability.
The retreats held here are thoughtfully designed to provide a restorative and immersive experience. The centuries-old Linden Tree, standing as the retreat’s axis mundi, invites guests to connect with the island’s history and experience the present serenity.
Interspecies Communication Retreat
There has never been a greater and more critical time to walk upon our Mother Earth! This is an opportunity for humanity to awaken to a deeper sense of interconnectedness with all living beings and the planet itself.
Many spiritual traditions teach that everything in the universe is interconnected and that our actions have consequences not just for ourselves but for the entire web of life. Therefore, it is our collective responsibility to take care of the Earth and all her inhabitants.
- Learn to communicate with animals, plants, minerals, elements and elementals.
- Commune with the ancient ones and seek their guidance and healing.
- Reactivate your inner compass and step into your purpose.
- Expand your heart and co-create a new future for yourself, all species and all of Nature.
What you Will ReceiveÂ
- The Interspecies Peaceâ„¢ step by step guide on how to intuitively communicate with animals and all of Nature.
- The experience of practicing with local animals and with your own animals.
- The tools to process and overcome blockages and limitations.
- The opportunity to meet, connect and learn from your Spirit Animal.
- Participation in three monthly zoom meetings, after our retreat, for further processing.
- One private zoom meeting with Eleni for One-On-One mentoring.
- 50% discount on private mentoring, for a year.
How you will Benefit
- You will deepen and enrich your relationship with your own animals.
- You will be empowered to be of support to all animals, nature and people through your reawakened intuition.
- You will be welcomed into Nature’s inner circle of sacred activism.
- You will be inspired to co-create a new life with Nature’s principles and qualities.
- You will reverberate joy and reverence to all around you, with every step you take on this Earth.
- You will have the honor to be the keeper of ancestral and natural wisdom.
- You will achieve greater self-fulfillment, self-healing and leadership potential.
Retreat Schedule
Our days will start with a meditation and/or connection exercises. Eleni will offer teachings and experiences from her shamanic and interspecies communication training and her travels into the wilderness.
We will have a delicious healthy brunch, after which there will be personal time for journaling, integrating, hiking, swimming…
The afternoons will be filled with animal and nature related activities, to practice what we learn and to get back to our roots and inner self.
Our days will end with sharing around the dinner table.
Day 1. Opening Circle
You will be welcomed by our wonderful hosts, and you will gently settle into your cottages. Take your time to explore your surroundings, switch off your mind and devices and start emerging into the rhythms of the Nature that embraces you.
We will gather at 3:30 in the afternoon to open our circle.
Day 2. Animal Communication
Intuitive Interspecies Communication is about connecting with the energy and consciousness of animals and other species on a deep level and recognizing the interconnectivity and sacredness of all living beings. It can be a powerful spiritual practice that allows us to connect with animals, deepen our understanding of the natural world, and cultivate qualities that are essential for personal growth and spiritual development.
Day 3. Reverence
As your journey progresses into the depths of your ancestral intuitive abilities, you will remember the magic of communicating with all of life… all of creation; the stone people, the tree people, minerals, plants, even the elements and elementals!
The day is filled with Appreciation, Gratitude, Awe and REVERENCE!
Day 4. Communicating with the Element of Water and the Sea Beings
Weather permitting, we will have the opportunity to hire a boat and visit the places where the seals and/or the dolphins may grace us with their presence. Feeling reverence and gratitude for our reawakened intuition and expanded hearts, we celebrate the union with our relatives in the sea.
We practice silence and without any expectations we make our loving presence known to those who live in the waters.
It is up to them to show themselves. And up to us to receive their messages and guidance regardless…
Alternative option: A pilgrimage to connect with our ancestors.
Our pilgrimage will involve visiting ancestral lands, sacred sites, or places of historical or cultural significance. It may also involve rituals, ceremonies, or practices that intuitively connect us with our ancestors and their traditions, such as meditation, prayer, or offerings.
The purpose of a pilgrimage with our ancestors is to deepen our connection with our lineage and heritage, and to gain a deeper understanding of our identity and purpose in the world. It is also a way to heal ancestral wounds and traumas that may have been passed down through generations, and to cultivate a sense of gratitude and reverence for our ancestors and their contributions to our lives.
Day 5. Closing circle
Our closing circle marks the end of our intuitive retreat and the start of a new community. We come together to reflect on the experiences and insights gained during the retreat, to express gratitude and appreciation for one another, and to offer support and encouragement for continuing our service to animals, Nature and all our relations.

Carefully and slowly, they have restored the land, listening to and co-creating with all the elements of nature there: the linden tree, the olive grove, the orange orchard, the herbs and water sources. In time they planted a vineyard. This adventure still continues, and they look forward to see how it will evolve in time.
