During my retreat I will introduce you to the sacred medicine of Mother Nature, Cacamo Cacao. After I personally experienced and guided Cacao Ceremonies, I see how powerful this medicine is. To open your heart, to feel deeply inside what it has to bring to mind and feel grounded within. Cacao is a beautiful medicine which nurtures the body, heart and soul.

Breathwork, yoga and movement therapy supports the journey within where we really feel into all our emotions with compassion. I will guide you inwards on a beautiful journey. Are you ready for a heart opening journey and adventure in deep tropical nature?

During the retreat you will reconnect with your true nature in this breathtaking place close to the ocean. A tropical dry forest with a diverse array of flora and fauna.

A shared space with howler monkeys, lizards of all shapes and sizes, four species of sea turtles, as well as a wide array of beautiful coloured birds.

An authentic eco-conscious and off the grid heaven that looks after the natural environment and supports the conservation and preservation efforts of its neighbours.

What to pack

Yoga clothing, swimsuit, journal, maybe books you want to read in free time. You don’t need so much since we stay in a luxury hotel.

How to get there

Flying here

These days, we’ve found flying into Liberia International Airport in Costa Rica tobe the easiest way to reach us. We are only about an hour from the Costa Rica/Nicaragua border. Flights into Liberia, Costa Rica are plentiful. The taxi ride to the border from Liberia International Airport is about an hour as well.

The only airlines consistently flying to Managua, Nicaragua are Avianca, Copa and AeroMexico. We discourage you from booking with any other airline if you opt to travel into Managua. ​

Getting here from the airports

We can help arrange a shuttle/driver pick-up. There are also several rental car agencies (we recommend Dollar as they also have vehicles and an office in San Juan Del Sur, which is about 15 minutes from Verdad). Please contact us with any of your transport needs and we are happy to assist you.
