Join us on our 3 night yoga retreat in Cornwall. Stay in a beautiful country estate and enjoy beach time in the day and country living at night. Coastal walks, countryside walks, and wild swimming! All whilst practicing yoga twice a day and time to relax to read your book or have some down time.
Based within a stunning estate only 15 minutes away from some of the most famous beaches in north Cornwall, this location gives the perfect opportunity to relax in the beauty of the Cornish countryside whilst enjoying activities on the coast in the daytime.
After high demand, we have introduced sea swimming to our calendar alongside our usual coastal walks. If you have the time or energy, you can try surfing or SUP. This cold-water sea swimming experience is for all levels. You are split into two groups: beginner and experienced. We ask that you have a good level of pool swimming.
We have teamed up with a local Cornish cold water sea swimming company that are Open Water Swimming and Beach Lifeguard qualified to lead this half-day activity with a briefing and some swim fit exercises before heading into the sea for a swim followed by a warm drink and post-swim snacks on the beach with a debrief. Learn how to sea swim safely and build confidence if you are new to it.
After a fun day on the beach, come back to your country pad to relax in nature, enjoy yoga in the spacious yoga shala, delicious food, massage and cosy sofas to sink into, or if sunny, relax in the sun on a blanket on the lawns. The garden surrounding the manor house and additional properties is a 22-acre expanse of lawns, ornamental lakes, camelia woods, orchards and an incredible walled vegetable garden. When not enjoying yoga in the large studio, the lawns create a perfect space for classes.

Schedule
The retreat will begin at 4 pm on the first day with our opening yoga class at 6 pm.
On the last day, checkout is at 10 am.
Our days will roll like our yoga classes do, a slow-flow blend of movement and relaxation that makes the most of the stunning location we are in.
Coastal path walks and surfing is all within a short drive away and SUP-ing is also available locally. You can make your time with us as adventurous or relaxing as you wish.

Yoga
On our Easter yoga retreat in Cornwall, the classes are suitable for all ages and abilities, from beginners to intermediate levels. Everyone is welcome. We have a range of inspiring and experienced teachers who are well-practised at adapting the class to everyone’s level.
Our yoga classes take place in the large, first-floor living space providing us with a stunning view out to sea.
Cuisine
We are a plant-based company and take great pride in creating incredible food on our retreats. Our chefs create diverse and imaginative menus that really highlight the seasonality of local produce. We are able to cater to all dietary requirements.
On our yoga retreat in Cornwall you can expect nourishing post-yoga brunch to fuel your day, a light lunch and a wholesome two-course evening meal.

- A wet suit is necessary if you are not used to sea swimming in the UK. If you don’t have one you can hire one locally.

How to get there
By Car
The nearest town is the little seaside community of Mawgan Porth. We will let you know the full address upon booking, when you shall receive a welcome pack via email.
By Train
The nearest station is Newquay. It’s about 5 miles from the retreat venue. The journey from London is about 4.5 hours depending on the route you take. Please book these trains/or similar times if coming from a different direction. We set up a whatsapp group a week before the retreat start date and you can arrange to share a taxi with other guests arriving at a similar time.
Recommended Train Times:
We recommend that you choose a train that arrive before 15:30 on the arrival day. Entry to the property is from 16:00 with your first yoga class between 17:30 and 18:00.
We will be required to check out of the property by 10:00 on the last day so we recommend a train any time after 11:00.
By Plane
You can fly to Newquay from a number of UK airports at great prices out of season. The venue is less than a 10-minute drive away from Newquay Airport.
