About the teacher

Melanie has a wealth of experience working on retreats since 2014. A dedication to yoga and its lifestyle led her to train with Frog Lotus yoga International Spain alongside her holistic therapy career.

From teaching to hosting to massaging, her skill set is vast. Her classes are holistic in style using the meridians and chakra system and bringing in a magical workshop feel as well as knowledge on the philosophy of yoga and its root.

Expect her classes to be compassionate, mindful and nurturing in feel which encompass her optimistic, vibrant yet peaceful personality. Melanie aims to give each Yogi something to take away with them to work on physically or mentally.

Melanie joins us at Adventure yogi and now lives in Manchester the North West of the UK where she holds regular classes and workshops mainly in Yin Yoga her specialist yoga style where she takes you through a journey of the meridians.
