Cuisine
Herb Library is a contemporary, healthy dining venue located at the front entrance of Adiwana. It not only serves purely raw or ‘living’ food, but also offers a rather different, plant-based all day dining menu for Herbivores with sustainably and responsibly sourced fish and chicken options for Omnivores.
This is a carefully crafted and nutritionally balanced, multi-culturally influenced cuisine that uses local, seasonal ingredients. Vegan, Vegetarian and juicing is available here.
Using more than 90% locally sourced ingredients, our menu includes an interesting selection
of Balinese, Indonesian and other dishes that have a multi cultural heritage.

The location of Adiwana Resort Jembawan is in the centre of Ubud, approximately 50km from International I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport and 1.5 drive by car. Return transfers are included and will be organised for you.
