Balance In Nature Retreat, Harewood Holistics, Yorkshire

Book for 20th –  23rd September

Working with the natural theme of Harewood Holistics by bringing in the healing energy of nature and the resonant frequencies of our heart, brain and mother Earth.

Re-harmonising our frequencies by tuning into our intuition, our connection to ourselves, Earth & the collective consciousness.

As humans our natural resonant frequency matches that of the earth itself. The very pulse of the Earth beats at 7.83 Hz. This matches human consciousness at the optimal alpha brain wave state for relaxation.

We will be using a combination of Yoga asana, pranayama (breath-work), sound healing, crystals and the earth itself to re-tune our energies, brainwaves and vagal tone.

Activating our parasympathetic nervous system consciously helps train our body and mind into feeling safe, grounded and peaceful. Escaping from the stresses and demands of life not only physically but also mentally, energetically and spiritually.

We welcome you to the stunning setting that is the Harewood Estate, which is its very own country oasis nestled nicely between Leeds and Harrogate.

Our retreat is special as we work with the region’s most experienced teachers. The cottage is refurbished to an extremely high standard and we are set within the beautiful Harewood Estate. The Arch Barn is newly refurbished and state of the art, offering Yorkshire’s highest level of retreat experience.

Hawkes House and Herons nest are Grade II Listed cottages which ooze character and are spacious with unique charm, sat in approximately ½ acres of grounds. Enjoy the wood fired hot tub, lounging in the two snug rooms or watching the deer in the deer park from the garden. Read more.
