About The Retreat
Dates: 14th – 18th September 2025
Join us in Cornwall at the beautifully wild Lower Marsh Farm for a return to the elements. Embracing what nature has to offer to invite us to pause, reflect and renew.
We are Nicola and Rebecca, two friends who have been hosting retreat spaces together for years. Over time, we have both learnt how flowing with nature brings us joy and contentment. We talk retreats all the time…it’s spaces that we love to hold and something that we think it’s important. We need to be able to retreat in life, to slow down, to renew ourselves.
So a retreat where we really return to nature feels nourishing, and Lower Marsh Farm is a perfect venue for this intention.
From the moment Rebecca visited, she felt at home at Lower Marsh Farm. There is a wildness to this place, with the river flowing, the birds dancing above the meadows and the woodland singing as the trees move in the breeze. The location of the farm has a long history of healing waters and there is definitely something magical here.
There is a lot of research that shows the benefits of being in nature but we don’t really need a study to prove what we know. What we’ve felt after being in the natural world, what we’ve witnessed in others and what we feel inside. That each time we lean into nature, she teaches us to find our inner light and make it that little bit brighter.
We would love to have you join us and share this retreat experience with us. Through yoga, meditation, ecotherapy, creative practices, sound therapy, guided walks and wild swimming we’ll come into a connection to nature that allows us to renew and reset.
We hope that all the information you need is here on this page but do reach out to us if you want to talk first.
