Join us over the weekend for our high-Summer Peak District yoga retreat is the perfect short stay adventure. Great for nature-loving yogis that want a more modern, luxurious feel.

Stay in a stunning converted cattle shed in the heart of the countryside and enjoy two guided hikes and yoga twice a day. There is an outdoor fire pit so you can stay cosy whilst stargazing.

Our modern home has all the cosy comforts you could ever need. Plush sofas, warming fires and views from every window, of which there are a lot of! An abundance of seating areas both inside and outside means you will have plenty of space. Perfect to curl up with a book or chat with your new retreat friends.

Coastal Walking, Wild Swimming and Yoga Retreat in Cornwall

Join us for our 3 night weekend or 4 night mid week yoga, wild swimming and coastal walking retreat in Cornwall. Stay in a beautiful country estate and enjoy a day with swim coaches on the beach learning the benefits of sea swimming followed by a swim and the next day a coastal walk. Yoga twice a day with beach time in the day and country living at night.

The location is only 15 minutes away from some of the most famous beaches in north Cornwall, like Porth Beach, Mawgan Porth, and Watergate Bay, giving it the perfect opportunity to relax in the beauty of the Cornish countryside while enjoying activities on the coast in the daytime.

After high demand, we have introduced sea swimming to our calendar alongside our usual coastal walks. If you have the time or energy, you can try surfing or SUP. This cold-water sea swimming experience is for all levels. You are split into two groups: beginner and experienced. We ask that you have a good level of pool swimming.

We have teamed up with a local Cornish cold water sea swimming company that are Open Water Swimming and Beach Lifeguard qualified to lead this half-day activity with a briefing and some swim fit exercises before heading into the sea for a swim followed by a warm drink and post-swim snacks on the beach with a debrief. Autumn Yoga and Hiking Retreat in the Lake District

Autumn is such a beautiful time to experience a hiking and yoga retreat in the Lake District. The colours are turning from a vibrant green to hues of red, orange and soft browns. It is one of our favourite times of the year to visit as the crowds are gone and it takes on a slower pace of life.

With majestic mountains to climb, breathtaking views, and beautiful lakes to enjoy a cold water dip, this stunning landscape is a place to immerse yourself and feel connected to nature.

With our qualified and very experienced mountain guides on hand to lead the day hike, and your yoga teachers to lead a more gentle yet equally as stunning walk to Tarn Howes directly from our retreat centre, immerse yourself in nature and feel the benefits of this, being away from the frenetic and urban landscape of your day to day living. Take a packed lunch and just sit and watch the world go by, or enjoy a bit of forest bathing and meditation.

The chef is local to the area and set up the first-ever vegetarian restaurant in Ambleside, so from indulgent cuisine to rejuvenating wellness activities, we make sure this Lake District hiking and yoga retreat has something for everyone.

After a day’s excursions, unwind with evening yin and restorative yoga and yoga Nidra, followed by a delicious vegan and vegetarian evening meal. Whilst out in the vast expanse of natural beauty, take a moment to breathe, meditate, and absorb the serenity that the Lake District.

Set amongst the rolling hills of rural Wales, Garth Barns is the perfect spot to rest and reconnect with nature. The two large barn conversions that house the Yoga Shala and all of the accommodation are heated from renewable biomass and the drinking water is from the farm’s own pure spring water source.

The venue is set within 200 acres of farmland offering beautiful walks in the hills and valleys right on the doorstep. And with a cold water pond for wild swimming, a gym and a Finnish sauna there is plenty to do when you are not on the yoga mat.

Fforest farm has been created as a place to enjoy the simplicity, pleasures and beauty of outdoor living in an outstanding natural environment. Located on 200 acres by the river Teifi gorge, next to the Teifi marshes nature reserve, minutes from the town of Cardigan and from the beautiful undiscovered beaches and coves of the West Wales coast.

On site you will also find the cedar barrel sauna tucked into the woods. This is the perfect après-sea treatment, after a session of coasteering or kayaking.

The Onsen Domes at fforest farm take year-round comfort and engagement with the outdoors to a new level. With solid wood floors, wood-burning stoves, bespoke furnishings and beautiful countryside views from the giant bay window.
