Join us for a weekend yoga retreat Norfolk at our stunning eco-retreat centre. Enjoy beautifully landscaped gardens with a Japanese garden and swimming lake
Our venue is an established eco-retreat retreat centre, powered on 90% renewable energy with 21 acres of grounds that have been rewilded attracting all kinds of wildlife.
There is a lot to enjoy at this retreat during your stay with us. There is a wild swimming lake, boats to row, a Japanese zen garden and acres of magical garden with meditation benches and space to find tranquillity in nature.
There is also an outdoor heated pool for daytime fun and fire pits for star gazing at night. There is also a cafe where you can try their coffee and cake and afterwards have a swim in the pool or lake. There is plenty of space to relax, unwind and just be.
Yoga
Morning yoga: During your wellness yoga retreat in Norfolk, you will be treated to 2 x 2 hour classes a day. Enjoy an energising flow class in the morning to increase flexibility and strength while making you feel relaxed, leaving plenty of time for meditation and savasana. Get what you need from each class by going inward and really listening to your inner voice and wisdom so that you can nourish and revive in the individual way that you need.
Evening yoga: The evening yoga class will be more restorative finding yourself in longer holds, allowing the body to open up in its own time. Feel grounded, calm and nourished from the evening practice.
About the teacher
Marie Williams
Marie is a Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist, specialising in Vinyasa Flow, somatic movement, Yin and Restorative yoga. Her more active classes are not all about achieving peak poses, but are instead guided with a focus on connecting with your body and experience through an exploration of embodied movement, in a dynamic free-flowing form of Vinyasa yoga – that may take you on a journey towards those poses.
Marie also weaves breath awareness and mindful reflections throughout her classes, to help guide you towards a deeper awareness of self and presence you more fully in the here and now of your experience.
In her more restorative classes, she hopes to hold space for you to return home to yourself and to your body, and aims to help you find your way back to a more balanced and grounded centre.
She is passionate about educating people about the nervous system and using yoga practices to build resilience, as well as to support the body’s innate capacity for healing. Marie’s mission is to promote the potential of yoga in managing health and well-being and to support people’s physical and mental health by sharing the tools, practices and principles that yoga can offer.

Once you have enjoyed the walk or yoga workshop why not try out a cake and cappuccino at the new garden cafe.
