Perched on a hillside on the Greek island of Ithaca, backed by mountains and with spectacular seascape views you will find the tranquil and private environment of Levendis Estate - an organic wellness centre and eco farm.

We have all the facilities and services to host retreats for groups of 10 - 16 people - suitable for yoga, wellness, pilates, meditation or creative retreats such as painting, writing or photography. We are well practiced in arranging and organising every aspect of your retreat.

Accommodation & Bathrooms

Once an organic olive oil producing family farm nestled in a quiet wooded valley above the shores of a wide bay, Levendis is now a carefully landscaped Estate with 8 acres of ground.

Accommodation is spread across four traditional houses, allowing your group to have privacy and space within their own house and gardens. Each house accommodates up to five guests.

The houses are of traditional Ionian design, built with natural materials and styled for easy holiday living. With cool stone flags thoughout, a fully equipped kitchen is open plan to a living area furnished with comfortable couches and day beds. French doors lead from each of the two bedrooms to slat-and-vine covered verandahs.

Elsewhere within the Estate’s grounds you will discover a salt-water infinity pool, a morning coffee shop and a variety of outdoor amenities. A Mediterranean forest takes up part of the Estate and there is a farmyard in a separate area ‘next door’.

Yoga Spaces

A timber yoga platform is hidden in a secluded forested area of the Estate, shaded with a sail and mature mediterranean forest trees and with an aspect to the sea and to sunrise.

Yoga mats, matresses, blocks and bands for 16 people are available. Grassed and lawned terraces on the Estate are also often used for meditation/yoga classes and for private sessions

Location and how to get there

The property is on the northern coast of Ithaca. Direct flights from most European countries fly to the neighbouring island of Kefallonia. From further afield, flying to Athens and then taking a domestic flight to Kefallonia is the most direct route. Group airport transfers from Kefallonia airport to Levendis can be arranged.

Booking terms / pricing

Tariffs vary according to the month. Please email for a quote. Reservations are confirmed on receipt of a 20% deposit, with full account settlement 50 days prior to arrival. Bank transfers in any major currency are acceptable.
